Taking Some Time to Catch Up
I'm finally taking the time to catch up on the last few weeks and sit down and write. I told myself I was going to blog more, well that clearly didn't happen. I've been going back and forth and writing some here and there and finally made myself sit down and write. I mean, before I know it, New Years will be here and it will be time for another post.
The fall season just came to an end with the International Cup at Grand Champions and I have some time to breath. The last few weeks, or months I guess, have been go go go and I am finally having a second to sit an relax. The season was great, although a bit hectic. I wanted to sit down so many times and write, but each time, I felt like all there was to say was "games are going well and busy." So games were good and season was busy haha.
The last few weeks have been calm, re-organizing from season and gearing up for snow polo. I'm not going this year, but all the guys leave on Sunday for Aspen. Since I'm the only girl now, it's a little harder for me to travel with them, which is fine since the are driving and I'm ok with skipping another cross-country road trip.
Last weekend was Winterfest, which I wasn't too excited for, but it was actually pretty fun. Vanilla Ice was the headliner and it was cool to see him perform. I was able to go backstage and be up close so I could get all the photos for ChukkerTV. Being that close, even for a concert like that, was cool. There were moms pushing each other to get up front, like really? It's just Vanilla Ice, not Beyonce.

The countdown is on- Two more weeks and I get to be back in PA for a few days. I am so excited to see everyone. I have the whole week planned, since I need to fit everyone into a few days, plus Pudge almost every day :) Going to be a very quick and busy holiday week.
Emily is finally back in Florida, so now it's me, Joe and her in the apartment, plus Triton and Pumba. Thankfully the dogs get along, aka, they love each other. I don't know what we would have done if they didn't. These two are attached at the hip and are "the two best friends that anyone could have."
Like I said, life has been pretty much of the same, which is why it's hard to write. I'll have more to write after my visit north. I have a feeling I will have lots to write about on my flight back.
