Getting back to business
I have been super busy with work that I don't have much time for too much else. I spend time with Joe at home and on the time off that I have, but other than that, I haven't been doing too much else this season.
The past few weeks however, I have been able to start to get back into a rhythm. I have been going to pilates about four days a week which is my new favorite thing, and recently started riding more frequently. A few weeks ago I took a polo lesson with Melissa and Juan and had so much fun. I rode with them this summer in Aspen, but this was an actual lesson, with the mallet, where I learned what to do and how to play. Being able to trot towards the endzone and score a goal was fantastic. I had so much fun and can't wait to do it again.
I've also been riding more at Castlewood, taking lessons during the week with Susan and on the weekend with Sam. Macguire, the little jumper I've been riding is so different than what I would normally ride, but I have started to figure him out and really like him. I also had the change to ride one of the hunters they got in and absolutely fell in love. I might need to start saving for another lease soon :) (although I think both of them are probably way out of my range.)
Joe and I have had a few date nights recently, getting out of the apartment a bit. We went to see the Game of Thrones Experience, which I had gotten him for Christmas. It was good, not exactly what I had imagined it would be, but the music was amazing. Every scene they showed paired up perfectly with what the orchestra played- the perfect recap to get ready for the new season.

Lots of exciting events are coming up quick, with Kelsey's bridal shower at the end of next month kicking off her wedding festivities. Then the back and forth of travel starts for me with all my trips so I should have lots to talk about and hopefully will be better about keeping everyone updated more often.
