Honey... I'm coming home!!!!!!
It's official. I'M MOVING BACK TO FLORIDA!!!!!
If you can't tell, I am beyond excited. I found out last week that I was offered a position back at Phelps Media Group, the company that I was interning for all winter. And of course, I said yes and was shaking with excitement. This is everything I have been waiting for and hoping for. Persistence pays off and I cannot wait to start with them again.
In a nutshell, I won't be doing as much of the writing and photography as I was doing. Instead, I'll be managing the social media sites for the company and some of the clients, posting press releases, working on media kits, managing events, and helping to run the office. So a little bit of everything. I start on Oct. 15, so I have two and a half more weeks in lovely PA, then head on down south:)
In the meantime, it is just finishing up things at work and trying to get organized for the move. Getting all of George's things together so he can move too. He is going to a new 'retirement' home where I know he will be looked after and I won't have to worry. Charlie, goes back to his owners next week, so I am taking advantage of the time I do have and riding every day. :)
Then. I still need to organize my own things and pack. At some point haha. Everything is happening so fast and there is so much going on. I'll be writing more often now. so keep an eye out for the exciting news with the move and all it involves.
