Where has the time gone?

So I realized that I haven't written since my trip to St Moritz at the end of January and season/class has gotten the best of me. As I am still super busy, this is going to be a very quick wrap -up of what I've been up to the last few weeks. Again, sorry for being MIA, but season is almost over :)

FEBRUARY
Can't tell you how many times I heard, "You look so much like your mother."
The main thing that happened was Yona's wedding in Atlanta. Joe and I flew up and met my parents and extended florida family which was super exciting. I hadn't seen my parents in a few weeks, my cousins in forever and loved being able to explore Atlanta a little. Mom, Dad, Joe and I went to the Georgia Aquarium which was amazing and then the Coca Cola factory, both of which I recommend visiting.

Even though I'm only three hours away from all my cousins, I never see them so it was nice to see them after so long and reconnect. The wedding was gorgeous, as Yona is a floral designer and everything was perfect. The ceremony, reception, and everything leading up to it. She looked amazing and I was taking lots of mental notes on what I want and don't want in the future.

Aren't we adorable?

Pumba, is Emily's failed foster dog that was supposed to be with us
for a week, and is now Emily's latest addition to the family.
MARCH
Kendall is getting married in a few weeks, so we had her bridal shower and bachelorette party. We met at a tea house in West Palm for the Bridal Shower and it was so much fun. I didn't know it was there, but it's this cute little space where we literally had a tea party. It was awesome.

Then after a relaxing afternoon, the bridal party and a few more of Kendall's girlfriends held a bachelorette party for her at Ashley's house in Delray. It was a relatively calm party, but we played some games, had champagne lots of food and had a really good time. The perfect way to celebrate this amazing girl who has such an impact on my life, aka keeping me in Florida :).

The rest of the month has basically been consumed by work and class. This is the season and semester that never ends, but it's almost over.

Kendall found the perfect signs for us ;)

APRIL
Halfway through April, but so much is going on. Classes are finally winding down as I am finishing my final projects and cannot wait to be done with this semester. For some reason, it's been kicking my butt time-wise, but after this, only a few months left and I am all done:). Work is another monster in itself, but two more weeks as well, and high-goal season is over!

This happened :) I got a photo and autographed book from the legendary George Morris.
Lorenzo has been fantastic. My lease is up on the 21st, but since I had a panic attack about it creeping up on me, I am going to extend my lease until June. This way I can work with him a little longer when I have some room to breath and hopefully be able to show. More horse news, George turned 27, and he is doing wonderfully.

More life news... Emily is leaving me in May. She got a new job and will be living in PA for the summer. However, she will be back for season, so she will be living with Joe and I during season. Now he and I need to start apartment hunting as my lease is up in August.

Hopefully I will be more up-to-date in the next few weeks. Look out for photos from the US Open from polo, Kendall's wedding, and my trip home in May!
