Getting Back Online

After the events of my last post, it took me a little bit to pick up the pieces of my life. George was my life and everyone knew that but after a few days I knew that it was the best thing and I got up and went out to the barn, rode, snuggled some ponies and all was good.

A few weeks ago, I took a quick trip home. Mom and Dad were taking their trip to Ireland for Lauren Feldman's wedding and Bailey, the poor pup, had just had acl surgery. So, I went home to dog sit. Yes, to dog sit. It was nice to hang out with my monsters for a few days, even if I didn't get to see any family. I did get to hang out with Katie a bit, which was fun. I miss my friends up north since I don't get home nearly often enough.

After a quick trip, it was full-force back to work. Polo is in full swing for the fall season. A few more weeks, then a small break before high-goal. Besides work, I've just been keeping busy- trying to ride as much as I can, pilates a few times a week and Kendall and I just joined 9Rounds. Yes, that's right, I started kickboxing. I thought I was going to die my first time, but I had so much fun. I was a little sore, and very tired but I am excited to go back and hopefully this will get me into super shape.

Not much exciting has been going on, but we did celebrate Halloween a little early. Kendall, Chris and I were the Justice League. She was WonderWomen, Chris was the Flash and I was Catwoman. I hope everyone has a very Happy Halloween and I promise that the next post will be more exciting.
