Where did 2017 go?

This year is flying by and as usual I am doing a poor job at keeping up my writing. It's hard to believe that it is already December; where did 2017 go? Some big things have happened the last few weeks though so I can say that the last half of this year has picked up.

Polo is on a break right now, as the fall season came to an end last week with the International Cup. It wasn't a horribly long season, but I am very grateful for the break. The game was fantastic though and Brazil put up quite the fight, only losing by one goal to USA. Snow Polo takes place Dec 14-17 in Aspen, then it's back to the grind and high goal come January.

Thanksgiving was good, even though I wasn't able to fly home. I wish I could have been in Allentown to see all my family and the new babies I haven't seen. Sarah was home with Max, Eric had Emma and Julie had Stella, none of whom I've met yet, but soon. Here in Florida, I spent Turkey Day with my Florida family- Kendall, her parents, Chris and Will. It was nice and small, and very quiet but we had a good time. Kendall cooked the turkey for the first time, which came out amazing and I couldn't ask for better friends and a better place to be for the holidays.

I have been working out a ton now that I have a little extra time. About a month ago now, Kendall and I joined 9Round kickboxing and it's so much fun. So between that 2 days a week, pilates 3-4 days a week and riding whenever I can, let's just say I might be overdoing it, but I know I won't stop haha.

Lots more exciting things going on, but you'll just have to wait a little longer to find out about those ;)
