Hit The Ground Running

And I'm off and running again. Not literally. I tried starting to run again and after two weeks, have yet to get back into my sneakers. Anyway... The past two weeks seem to be a blur, with work, classes and the ponies.

The summer tour is coming to a close so work is not necessarily hectic, but it's normal busy. Right now, the rest of the ChukkerTV team is in Greenwich, CT for the East Coast Open. It is the last stop before the fall season back in Wellington, so this tournament is a big deal. It seems to be going really well, just busy keeping track of where everyone is.

Classes started up again last week for the fall semester. I am taking Adv Web 2 and Research Methods, both of which are very time consuming. It is going to be a long semester, but I am also excited for the classes as I think I'll get the most out of this semester so far.

In animal news... Georgie is doing wonderful and I am so excited because I get to go home and see him next weekend! I can't wait to see my baby boy, been too long. Lorenzo is also doing well, but he had a little incident last week. He had a little tummy ache, as he got himself so upset from his swollen legs. After a quick visit from the vet and a few days of antibiotics and hand walking, he is back to normal. Needless to say, he is getting both back legs wrapped every night.

The most exciting news, is that Joe finally got a puppy. He picked up Triton from Chris in Hobe Sound on Saturday and he is the cutest little thing. He is still adjusting, so a bit of a pain, but aren't all puppies? Even so, I love him and can't seem to get enough of him. Check out my facebook page for tons and tons of pictures of the little guy.
