Life is Better in Color

I had color in my hair, my ears, everywhere. And throughout the race, people threw even more color on you, so you were sure to be covered by the time you ended. Our group was definitely a bright one and we had the best time. Joe's mom ended up running the race with me and she kept me going and running for the majority of it.
After the run and after we washed off most of the color, Kendall, Rebecca, Ann, Joe and I went out to breakfast and probably consumed everything we burned off in the run. haha. The rest of day was mainly spent lazing in bed and studying for my upcoming GREs !
On Sunday, after a morning ride out at Castlewood, I spent my day on my computer streaming THON. It sucks not being up at school during the most fantastic weekend of the school year, but at least I was able to watch it with Emily. So we were able to live in the moment together and scream and stare at awe at the screen when they announced the total raised this year.
$13,343,517.33. That is unheard of. Practically double what the school raised from the year I was a freshman. Unbelievable. That makes me so proud of my school and what we can do. FTK!!!
